Refund & Returns Policy

At Sorbo Cocktails, we want you to enjoy your drinks with confidence.

Returns

  • You have 10 days after delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at hello@sorbodrinks.com before sending anything back.

  • (Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.)

Damages and Issues

Check your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if your items are:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

We’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened bottles or partially consumed drinks

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, please place a new order once your refund has been approved.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once your return is inspected and confirm if it’s approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or card processing times may vary.
