Shipping Policy

At Sorbo Cocktails, we aim to get your drinks to you quickly and safely.

Processing Times

• Next-day delivery orders must be placed before 12:00pm Monday–Thursday

• Orders placed after 12:00pm or on Friday–Sunday are processed the next working day.

• We do not ship on public holidays.

Delivery Options

• DPD Next Day (Mon–Fri) – tracked, with delivery notifications.

• Royal Mail Tracked – 48 hour options available depending on checkout selection.

Delivery Days

• Standard next-day applies Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm Thursday or on Friday will arrive the following Monday unless you choose Saturday Delivery at checkout.

Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

• Saturday delivery is charged at a higher rate, as set by the courier.

• Free shipping promotions (if offered) will not apply to Saturday delivery.

Tracking

• You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur due to the courier, weather, or events outside our control.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, contact us at hello@sorbodrinks.com.

Delivery Restrictions

• We currently only deliver within the UK.

• Someone 18 or over must be available to accept delivery of alcoholic products. Couriers may request ID.
